Well...their website gives the shipping charge, all I provide is the address and ZIP code. They have two different charges for the same item to the same address using the same level of service. Guest is 2 dollars less than when "signed in" so I'll ask about it tomorrow.

When you calculated it as a guest, did you input the full address? If not, it's probably a rural delivery surcharge based on the actual address rather than zip code.
