Oh naw.......This is what I like to do. Cut the melon up when it's good and ripe. Place it in sealed containers in the frig. Let it sit a few days till it looks like light frost on the top. Man!! That is so sweet!!! And you have the juice in the bottom to drink after you finish the container. It just doesn't get any better than that!!As long as there’s some Tajin for the watermelon.

Exactly. Did chicken kabobs on the grill with onion, peppers, pineapple and Tajin. DeliciousTajin isnt hot. Just like a mexican season salt with a hint of lime.
