I thought a blackstone was dumb and didn’t think I would ever use it. My son wanted one really bad. I told him to tell his mom I wanted one for my birthday and that’s what they got me. Man I use it all the time and have made some of the best burgers I’ve ever had in my life. I rarely fire of the grill. (Disclaimer it’s a gas grill so really no flavor and also less mess with blackstone
