$250 Burger... Would you eat it?

Not even if I won the lottery. Just does not sound appetizing to me. A Kobe burger I can do, just lose all the additional, pretentious garbage.

You can get a Weygu beef burger from Marlow's Tavern for around $15. In my opinion, Weygu is just as good as traditional authentic Kobe.
