We had a bunch of these and surplus medic bags in 13/14 a d I'm down to the last three pairs of EMT or medic shears. I call them Suicide Shears since they can easily cut through whatever bedsheet,belt,drop cord or other material that someone might choose to hang themselves with. They're pretty handy and easily cut through denim and seatbelt material. They will even cut over half way through a penny..
