H110 and 296 work great. They are both the same powder. Sold and marketed different, but same.

for a bolt action, its hard to beat Trailboss
working on annealing cases now. cut down a ton of LC 556 cases and bought 110gr barnes tsx, 225gr eld-m, and some 190gr sub-x to play with. I am probably going to go with h110 for the 110gr pills for supers. would love any info on your 4198 sub loads. will of course work up. What sort of load reduction am I looking at running cut down 556 brass? i assume not much for subs, maybe for supers?
@marksman17 got the 300 blackout out of jail finally. please let me know what you have found with IMR 4198 and subs please. also picked up a cpl pounds of h110 for supers, and maybe subs. should have my induction annealing rig setup this week, already cut down a ton of LC brass for the 300 blackout rig.
It is 1:5" twist, 7" barrel. I have 225 elds, 190 sub-x to play with. 110 barnes tsx i got on sale...I know not the best for 300bo, but i assume close to the same load as the LE tsx for 300bo. both all copper, the 300 bo bullet just expands better at lower fps...

i got the induction annealing rig setup. still need to make a better trap door for it, but it works great.
I couldn't use imr 4198 with the 225 eld-m's. they are too long...too much compression to get the coal i needed. swapped to h110 for those. testing velocities soon.
