Have any of you guys (I know someone must have by now) built a Palmetto State Armory ar15 (ar10) in .308? (Not PTAC)
Can you tell me the total cost of the build and any of your thoughts after shooting it...accuracy, reliability, fun factor, etc?

Looks like the stripped lower is $129 right now and various complete uppers are a shade over $600. So, about $750 after shipping and all, and before assembly.

I just picked up a complete lower for an ar10 for 330.00.

There like other rifles spend little just to say you have one or spend a little more to have a nice one, all in all I prob have about $1600 or $1800 is this one I built including optics and accessories. I love it and couldn't be happier, went with geissele trigger, Harris bipod, and nice stock and grip and parts kits.

Technically the AR-10 is made by Armalite. People just use it to describe a .308 on an AR platform. just sayin...
