I’ve not had a problem in my ruger 450 bm
The OP’s post is about a part for an AR upgrade, while your Ruger is a bolt action……if it’s a factory rifle.

The round has already entered the chamber before it contacts the ejector in any appreciable way.
Is there anything wrong with upgrading? even if you do not have an issue? Upgrades are supposed to be better? kinda like hot rod car parts? The round has already entered the chamber before it contacts the ejector in any appreciable way.
I built a 6.8 and it wouldn't feed. It was a Daniel Defense BCG. The ejector was just a hair to long and would not allow the cartridge to slide all the over and seat. So a faulty ejector Can cause feeding issues. The round would go in about half way and not go into full battery. If I had to take a wild guess the spring pressure could be to strong and not let the round seat easily. I am not sure that's it but it's the only thing I could think of to cause that.In what way would an ejector “upgrade” prevent “jams” related to feeding? Makes absolutely no sense; the ejector has nothing to do with feeding.
An ejector upgrade would only assist with……….ejection.
