.380 SD Bullets

Started looking around for some SD bullets in .380 found the Hornady XTP, along with the standard Sierra and Speer 90gn JHP. Anyone out here reloading SD 380, if so what are you using ?

Did you mean Hornady XTP , I know Federal makes .380 HST ammo, but am unaware Federal makes .380 reloading bullets. I use Titegroup and the same loads for all my .380 target loads. I run about 2.8gns for 100gn bullets a bit more 2.9gn for 90gn bullets. Don't think I'll ever get to 1000 FPS, I'm guessing with my 2.5 to 2.7 inch barrels, max loads for Titegroup only hit between low to high 900's for the 90gn bullet. In the 800's for 100gn. Unfortunately my crono will not work on handguns so I,m sort of in the dark there.

I typically use either the hornady XTP or Gold Dots...

There have been good prices on gold dot bullets not too long ago.
