Anyone have experience with these things?

I have questions:

How does one take care of the vapor barrier?
What kind of insulation do they use?
How does electrical and plumbing fit in?

I'm skeptical

... is this a real thing?

Apparently.

I heard Clark Howard talking about it.

I'm very skeptical.

I have no idea how something like this is supposed to hold up long term. Concrete is actually really ticky to work with, and without rebar.... What about shear loads?

It's coming. Been watching that for the past few years. It's not a completely automated system. There are videos on youtube that show the process. I think when they combine the process with something very insulative like hempcrete it will get interesting. Imo, we are still a good ways away from the process being widely done but I see a big future for it. I see the vast majority of human tasks being taken over by machines and computers in the next 50 years. Gonna be a very different world than we know relatively quickly.
