let me know how it does in a couple of weeks. after you've used it for a while. if the light has degraded much if at all. i don't like the different modes either. wanna get real life reviews on it b4 i decide to buy another one

I'm still waiting on delivery of the 1300 lumen light from eBay but the 493 I got from Home Depot is KILLER! I do roof repairs so I spend a good bit of time in attics doing leak detection and its still really bright on the original set of batteries that came with it. I'd have to check the date of the OP to see how long its been. I use it often in my work day

nobody mentions nitecore when talking about flashlights, they make some sweet a$$ torches for all sorts of uses
