Looking to rebuild my AR off of some parts I have. I’m looking to pick up a high quality muzzle break/ compensator but I’m not sure what will run well on the 5.45 platform.

Anything that does fine with 5.56 will do just fine with 5.45. I'm sure I'm gonna get crap for this but they are basically the same especially when talking about recoil and effectiveness of a brake.
