It is Vihta Vuori powder. Expensive stuff but very consistent and clean.

My goal was to find a powder that burned slow enough to take advantage of the long 16" carbine barrel.

My initial choice was Hodgdon Longshot though, and my best results with the Longshot were:

1869, 1822, 1852, 1868, 1839 ; average of 1841fps - spread of 46.

To achieve this I used 8.5gr Longshot under the 90gr XTP seated to 1.060" w/ CCI SPP.

NOTE this is +1.5grains over published data MAX. Therefore, I advise against anyone loading this load data, and if you choose to do so, it is at your own risk.

The primers look actually better then the VV-3N37, and the casings look good as well, with the exception of being rather dirty from the powder.
