Yeah, I get allot of free stuff from friends. But, I feel guilty after receiving items, so I usually take them out to lunch, or take them to the range on me.

former LEO friend of mine went overseas for 2 years. asked me to hold on to a few things for him, including ammo. said to shoot whatever I wanted he had too much. Usually when someone says they have a bunch of ammo it's FMJ or whatever is a good deal to shoot. Nope, 95% of this was FBI level JHP/GD/Ranger stuff. Too bad there wasn't much 9mm (mostly 40S&W), but I guess I'll be shooting my 40 a bit more in the near future.
