Are we suppose to loctite grip screws?
Cause, I gotta say, I've never once thought to do that.
I do the opposite and put a dab of grease on the grip screw threads.

I am an LMT fan (or was before QC took a dive) and I’ve had several. None with that grip thoughI'm not an LMT fan, but I'm fairly sure that someone outside of LMT installed that grip.
Pencil tip butane torch works for locktite (from what I have been told) would that have worked for rockset?
Just thinking out loud you have seen more than I ever will ......... carry on

Then it should’ve been fine. BCM is flawless. 😆Grip was a BCM.
WOW ........... did'nt know it was that high....... but would I never had tried heating 'area' just screw.Rocksett has a temp rating of 2050 degrees F. Heating that area of the receiver up to that temp would wreck the annealing.
A minimum of 20 minutes in boiling water is the factory-recommended method for removing Rocksett.
