I have the same rifle that I put the Nikon p-300 on. Love it! Love the optics, love the rifle and love how quiet it is with the SDN. And my model 7 is just as much fun.

btw... This scope has a reticle with sub and supersonic mil dots. And it's super clear. I an purchasing another one for another rifle I love it so much. Here is the optics planet link.

I've got a confession. I don't own anything in .223 anymore. I've got 3 ARs, 5 inch 9mm, 8.5 inch 300 blackout, and .22lr. I've never tried it on a .223 gun.
