Looking through the pics, I forgot this model has a quick detach bayonet. You don't have to remove the screw to remove the bayo. I'm not sure if all AK mag-type SKS's have it or just this specific D model, or??? But I thought it was super cool. Spikey

I have a Romanian AK in the arsenal. These Soviet weapons are simple, dependable, durable, and will eat just about any ammo you feed them. Nice piece you have there.

Thanks! Now I want another M or a D, a blade Chinese SKS, a Yugo, and an Albanian. The Albanian looks so cool bc it's different than all the others...

Looks to be all matching. Not perfect but in great shape. I love it.

Silver bolt and blade, no X's on the stock or anywhere else. So is this a non-rearsenaled gun? It doesn't matter to me, just curious.

What are y'alls grails? Just curious to see what others are chasing. I've been chasing a Russian SKS for about 7 or 8 years now...

I dig the dark Russian stocks. I'm sure this one was about the same price as an AK. I reckon my SKS grail gun is the Norinco Paratrooper I traded into during Covid.

It was a multi-gun trade, I gave fair market value for it on trade, IMHO. I tried to be as fair as possible. I don't do "trades heavily in my favor."

Here's my Bastard Bubba SKS. I got a barreled receiver from another member and then bought a parts lot to finish it on GunBroker. Had it cut to 14.5"ish and a 74 style brake pinned and welded.
Still gotta find an optic for it.
