That appeal was lost Wednesday, and Wallace’s Smyrna business now must comply with monitoring. The federal appeals court in New York said, however, that the terms of the monitoring laid out when the trial was aborted three years ago were too broad and would have to be revised. In all the other cases, New York paid for a court-appointed monitor to oversee gun sale records for three years.

Anyone know what this means for gun purchasers? What kind of information are they "monitoring"?

Not according to New History, that war was all about Slavery and nothing else. But then that's always been pushed by the Yankees anyway. And yea they can come down here and break the Law to try and prove a point but that's okay, kind of a double standard.

No, like immigration; the FEDS refuse to address the problem so the states are forced to, and Bloomberg is addressing the problem with illegal weapons in NYC that are originating elsewhere, to include Georgia; sounds like a plan to me!!!
