Advice needed: dealing with a new trader.

New trader, no ratings or content, has pmed me bout a gun I've been trying to sell. Says he wants to buy it for his wife to keep at home. Has no GA weapons license but says he's a GA resident. I know many here won't sell to no ratings and/or no weapons license. But, somene did a first deal with me and some feel getting licensed goes against what they stand for....
Suggestions? Advice?

Go with your gut, but nothing states that you have to have a wcl to buy a firearm in GA. Though, many here like to pretend that they run an FFL business or are a secret atf agent.

Make him come to you like I do with all new members so if he no shows your out nothing. Take a look at his DL to verify he is a resident take his cash hand him his new gun then buy something I have listed with your new wad of cash

Meet at a local PD that’s convenient to you and ask to see a GA DL and make a BOS and each of you sign it. Then you take a picture of the BOS.
