I would appreciate any advice: I want to buy a griddle, one that can sear easily nough, and i am thinking that a 4 burner is the best route considering my family size. I have seen lots of videos on youtube and am concerned with even cooking surface across the griddle based on the reviews I have seen. I am torn between the Blackstone, Weber, Camp Chef. What are you guys using and are you happy with the temp being equal accross the whole griddle?

I’ve had a Blackstone Pro 36” griddle for the past 3 months. 4 burners, 4 available temp zones. Family of 5. I use it at least 5 times weekly. It’s by far the absolute best thing I have bought for cooking ever. Easy to season, easy to use. I don’t have any xperience with the others but would assume they’re similar. Great recipes on YouTube. Highly recommend!

I have a Blackstone 36". Absolutely love it. Definitely recommend getting a stainless steel brush or SOS pad to clean off anything that sticks to the surface. They should come with their own "seasoning" but I've had a better time with the high heat grilling pam to spray on before I cook. if you keep a layer of that on there and keep it clean and covered maintenance is easy.

I had a 22in 2 burner Blackstone and didn’t like it. Had enough room for just the two of us but just didn’t like the temperature extreme all over. Gave it to my daughter and she loves it.
Been looking and comparing all of the latest and I think I’m going with the Weber Slate. It has damn good reviews, but, so does the Blackstone…
