Air rifle question

Walmart has leftover Crosman 760 pump-ups for $25.Thought about getting one for plinking out the door.A little nostalgia plays the part here.I got my first Daisy 57 years ago.Then another Daisy,then a Benjamin,then several Crosmans.All but two paid for with a paper route.Good ol` days.The question;does the Crosman 760 have a rifled barrel?I remember the old .177 cal.pistols,with no rifling,were not accurate at all,with pellets or BBs.If the barrel ain`t rifled,then the lead pellets won`t be accurate.Probably the BBs won`t be accurate,either,since a .177 cal.barrel is a little too big for a BB.Anybody on here got one of these 760s?

I had a crossman 760 commemorative with wood stock back in the 80's. Don't remember if it was rifled, but it was accurate out to effective range.

The 760 is a smooth bore.

http://www.airgundepot.com/760b.html Specs say smooth bore. My 760 was smooth bore but that was nearly 38 years ago. Upgraded to the American Classic 2100 back then and it had a button rifled barrel that extended my youthful rain of terror on sparrows, pigeons, ground squirrels and other vermin.
