Am I allowed to stick expired california tags to the FRONT of my car?

I see people with those tacky Euro Tags on their Euro cars I don't see why not.

Yes you can put the cali tag on the front of your car.Its fine, there is no law against it.Please for Gods sake put it on there and drive all over.djd
