One of the guys we contract print for went skydiving for his birthday a few years ago. He tried to talk my boss who is my same age into going with him . Then he tried me. I told him for one I don't want some dude strapped to my back the whole time. But more importantly I told him I wasn't afraid of the fall. I'm afraid of hitting ground already dead from when I have a massive coronary upon jumping out of the plane.

I really wanted to do it back in my 20s and early 30s. But then again I wanted a 1200 Sportster back then too. I guess part of getting old is gaining the wisdom to not take your life in your own hands for no good reason whatsoever.

One of my oldest friends was in the Army back in 86/87 and went out for Airborne or whatever it's called. He didn't make many jumps but as of right now he's almost legally disabled from previous broken leg/ankle and stress on his knees. Not saying occasional skydiving would result in **** like that but I don't need very many signs to recognize what the human body is NOT supposed to be subjected to.

My daughter got into watching the whole Jackass series and movies. I never paid attention to it when it was originally on. But I'm sure those guys have all kinds of aches pains and problems these days.

Crazy dude parachuted from space. Unbelievable. I assume the sense of invincibility only grew with each stunt.
This is the only way he would have ended his career. Addicted to addrenalin.

Airborne school in 88 when I was 28. So far, right hip replacement, both shoulders rebuilt. The more you use it when you’re young, the more your gonna pay for it later.
