Sorry to keep bumping this thread I am just getting angry at how the companies have treated me . I just made my video and am about to edit and put it on youtube. I hope this will get me results or at least keep people from blowing their cash.

I'd give it until Monday. It sux they responded to you and then went quiet, but it's also Friday so someone might've just blown off work early.

Can you look and see if yours has a extractor? Since mine doesn't but I saw pic of the bolt online in another guys and it looked like it had one.
OK well I don't have one in my rifle. not sure that it really helps with any of my problems but it's nice to know they are supposed to come with one.
