Yeah, I ran about 150ish rounds through it today and didn't have any major issues. Had a couple FTFeed when I did the first mag dump w the 33rd mag. It was at that point I realized I had cleaned the factory lube off the gun but didn't put anything new on it...

Not sure if you could tell then. It could be a lot of things up to and including a concentricity issue, which could also result in a baffle strike. I'd just want to make sure it's not the adapter.
