Any advice for a future soldier?

Thanks for all the response guys.

All is sound advice, I am looking forward to it. I understand it will be difficult and challenging I am ok with being pushed beyond my limits I know it is all for my own good. I don't care what pain and hardship I have to go through it is only temporary, and in the end it will only make make stronger. I have been running and training hard to be able to get a 300 fitness score. I do not have Airborne in my contract, but if I get the chance I will definitely jump on it, as well as any other training that I can do.

Thanks again for all the advise, and more than that, thank you to the guys have have served before me.

With that attitude you will do well and go far. Just remember during the rough times...."Pain...is fear leaving
the body".

God Bless and thanks for serving...

Thanks again for all the encouragement

I also want to give thanks to our Police, Fire Fighters, and other Civil servants. I think they don't always get as much recognition they deserve. You are also helping to protect the home front. Thanks for all those who serve for the sake of others.

God bless

First, thank you for your service.

My advice is to take all the training you can get. If they offer language school, go. A second language can only help you. Make yourself promotable and valuable both in your military career and in civilian life after you retire. Good luck and God Bless!
