Any advice on running a small Forestry Mulching business?

Contact some land surveyors in your area and make nice with them. When I was in the land surveying industry, I loved to see those guys pull up on jobs that we were going to have to run topos on.
$100 is crazy low to run a mulcher. Like they’re losing money at that point. If you can find someone even remotely competent for $100 you better get on their schedule.
Nice. Waiting on my kubota 97s with the blackhawk attachment. Whirlwind of destruction. Can't wait to use it.
Better have a survey if you go near a property line. Cutting on the wrong side can make your life miserable.
Had a friend that purchased one to save money,after about 2 months he sold it and hired someone.said the filter cleaning and spikes in a little dogwood he realized there is more to it than chopping up trees.they really are great tools for what they were designed for.
If you do what you say and return calls promptly you will do fine
You obviously don’t mulch. 😂
Heck brother, I got 125/hr 12 years ago. Guy's around here get 165/hr with a few weeks wait time. I made a good living doing that up until 2008 and for 5 months, my mulcher paid 4 salaries and 5 dump truck payments.
I know those are the two biggest failures to any business
