Mine run into the 9mm trap I trip in the middle of the night or wee hours of the morning.
Haven't had any around lately but I know they'll be back. They always come back.

I've hunted them by flashlight just after dark . Shotgun with low brass small birdshot works best.
But a .22 semi auto pistol is good, too.
Just get close because you probably won't be able to use your sights after the 1st shot, , so you'll have to "point."
BTW, those panicked wounded creatures could run right towards you by accident, so make sure you don't shoot your own toes.

.22 works but 9mm REALLY works. 😉

Does anyone have a phobia? I do…armadillos. I hate seeing them. They are so gross looking. Hell, I even hate shooting them bc the “thunk” sound makes my skin crawl.
