After 4 months I got the okay from my physical therapist for some easy rides! Did 10 miles at a 14 mph avg. I'll take it!!

Ya'll are gonna laugh - every few months I clean my chain and cassette (due to it getting filthy over the winter)....... WELL - yesterday I was out of my regular chain lube so I used some Hoppes Gun Oil. Worked great. Then I did a quick 9 miles to "break in the oil" ....Bicyclists are INSANE.
