Never been a coffee drinker. I enjoy a Sprite Zero with a Stackers II energy shot every morning

Only has 40ish% daily sugar intake. It’s fairly low in everything except the caffeine content

When I was a kid I'd wonder why do adults drink so much coffee, never made any sense to me. Fast forward 4+ decades and I understand 100%. The brain doesn't want to switch from dim to bright until the caffeine jumps starts it.

I went from working 2nd (2:30pm-1:00am) to 1st (5:00am-3:30pm) and was not at all use to getting up at 4am, hence my reasoning to start drinking coffee. I don’t do energy drinks much with all the added stuff

I only drink Stackers II energy shots. Energy drinks are chocked full of sugar which my system is not a fan of and too much caffeine. The energy shots don't cause me any ill affects
