Had one tangled up with what looked like a similar sized, light colored cat (not a housecat) right in the middle of the road night before last. They were tumbling around, and it was bleating. Cat ran off as I stopped, headlights right on em, and the doe went over and started tending to the fawn. Crazy sight. Not 200 yards from my house.
