I know there are some lawyers on here. I’d rather give my $$$ to a forum member who is trustworthy than a sleezball advertisement company who is greedy and doesn’t care.

That,to me,it’s irrelevant,but i see where you’re coming from.

A jury would find the whole situation absolutely unacceptable and in MY favor. Just got to get there

the lawyers I know charge at a minimum, 1k an hour while in court...takes hours to get to court as well....against an insurance company.....could take months.....I'd set aside 100k...BUT....be prepared to pay more
