Any short distance runners here?

Sprayed a wasp nest this morning and ran 8 ft to the back door.

Brother I don't even stand on my tip-toes.

I can't stand on my tiptoes, run, jump, or walk up or down stairs.. no calf muscles at all. Totally lost both calf muscles and glute and hamstring muscles over the last 4 years to irreversible nerve damage. I can't run from anything so my aim has to stay true..

I should be in a wheelchair so, I'm pretty happy for the results of my surgery in January. I have the best spine Dr in Ga at the least..
