Any suggestions for Auto Detailing

I suggest Winston Wolf.
He won't actually DO the detailing, but he'll help you gather the necessary cleaning supplies
and then coach you through getting the job done at home.
He's a supervisor and motivator.

I've tried Cactus Carwash before to polish my Tacoma... they left more wax between the body panels and on the weather stripping than I knew what to do with.

Any suggestions on a detail shop that didn't just hand the new guy a buffer and jar of wax?

2021 Hyundai Tucson. Its silver. Caught an angle in the sunlight and the paint has a bunch of orange peal. Looking to have it smoothed out. I have to make a payment for 5 years so Id like for it to look nice.

2015 Hyundai Sonata. Its orange. Just want it cleaned up

Check out Gotcha Lookn Good in Hiram. He's a 1 man shop (or was at least, been awhile since I went there since I moved) and done work for me in the past. Very detailed oriented and pretty reasonable with pricing. And this is coming from a hobbyist detailer. Included pics some of my prior work.

As for your Tucson, was it a recent pickup? I would go thru the dealership and see if they can fix it thru warranty.

When we purchased the Tucson it came with 3 years free scheduled maintenance. I took it for it's first oil change and lost all faith in the techs that handled my car. I watched through the waiting room. They left a lug nut off of two wheels, left 4 10mm bolts off of the service panel for the oil change, used 5w-30 while my oil cap calls for 0w-20, and went at my oil drain with a full breaker bar. The was my FIRST service. I could only imagine the damage they have caused to cars over time.

I'd rather pay someone and not be worried the entire time

If you're on FB, check out Boot2Bonnett in Canton/Holly Springs. Chris does an incredible job on full details. He does paint correction, ceramic coating, etc.

I'm taking him my '05 GTO as soon as I get a few dings fixed.

The dealership did that? I don't believe it. Not for one second. No sir.

That was sarcasm.
