Any suggestions for barrel cutting/threading on a Bren 805?

I'm looking to have my 16" Bren 805 rifle barrel cut down to about 14.7", then permanently attaching one of the Czech military flash hiders (which uses a 14x1 thread). Wanted to do this locally and ideally for as cheap as reasonably possible for a good job to be done, was just wondering if anyone had suggestions for gunsmiths around Atlanta!

I wouldn't be as concerned with who can chop it, I would be more concerned who can thread it to that size.
