Anybody from middle Ga drag race their car or truck on here regularly ?

Used to race at Silver Dollar often....
Where’s Ken? I think he does some racing. I grew up on Dallas Dragway (Paulding County). Sad when I heard they closed it up. My girls love to go. Mostly Brainard and Paradise. Been a while.
Miss the days when a kid could go racing in the old stock classes… and win.
Then the cheaters and the win at all costs guys fudged it up.
Lot of good times at Lyons/Vidalia strip in the mid-60’s. Trophied in J/S/A 7 meets straight, saw a lot of good ol’ F/X class racers. Lot of country gal groupies. Fun, ‘til it wasn’t.

Oh yeah...both Chevelles have also ran at Dallas and Paradise along with Commerce many times.

Never been there since I ain't got no dogs in that fight. But whenever I head to Barrow Automotive I pass right by it.
To me middle Ga is the Piedmont
, so Dallas was in on that and where I use to go to. Commerce is a good haul, but we went a few times.. Reynolds is a fair ways from me as well.Dragway at La Grange has been there 20 years and Ive yet to go
