Anyone ever bought from Rguns?

Was wondering if anyone has ever bought from Rguns. Was looking at a couple of items and was considering buying from them. Wanted to see how fast they actually shipped or if they had any good customer service.

Going on 4 weeks for a order I made. They have always sent what I ordered but their customer service sucks and they are currently very slow at shipping orders

I almost placed an order with them, but after reading the various reviews/opinions on their poor customer service and lengthy delays, I chose not to.

I placed an order & received an order confirmation on Jan 9th. Haven't heard or seen anything yet but at least they haven't charged my card yet either.
