Anyone ever bought from Rguns?

They have F rating on Better Business Bureau website and lots of complaints online.
Search rguns at ar15.com and you will find some serious hate, most of which stems from past couple months.
Man I wish I had come across this thread before I ordered that upper receiver. lol. Oh well...
Ordered a upper from them that said in stock Dec 22. Credit card was hit Jan 29 was Here Feb 5. No comunication except email that order was recieved.
i ordered my upper and it was here in three days..... i called to thank them, and told them " I thank you for the fast shipping and great product". and they were very nice... and thanked me for calling and telling them that, and said its nice when someone calls to thank us.... they only want to call and gripe if a order is not on time..... so I then placed my order for my lower..... a week went by with no lower. so I called. they told me that the stock I wanted in the color I wanted, Magpul had them back ordered on them... so they upgraded my stock to the CTR cause they had that one in my color at no extra charge.... when it came in they sent me a free nudie calander as well.... The gun is top notch no complaints... oh they even put a nickel boron bolt carrier in it.... at no extra charge....( OH I got mine before the craze) they are like every body BACK ORDERED.... with long wait times (its the craze)
mine works just fine.... no problems at all.... fit and finish is just as nice as any other one I have came across
They do not have BCGs in stock.
Just got notice they processed my credit card payment yesterday for my upper and 2 BCG's. should have them here by Tuesday
