I know a guy that a few months back bought a Chinese sks with an broken stock that he spotted on Craig's List for $90. I'm not sure that was the asking price, but that's what he laid down for it. Finding deals like that are a combination of keeping your eyes peeled, knowing where to look, blind luck, cash in your pocket, and decisive action. But there are still deals to be had.
