I had a pistol posted. I said in ad that i preferred a carry permit....user gave the call me ill pay $$$ @XXX location. Said he didnt have a carry permit. user had a california phone number. I pm the user asking if they had a GA dl...illegal to sail a handgun to an out of state resident right? user never responed. what do you do in that situation? user was in georgia. he wanted to meet at a local mall. what do you guys do in that situation? i dont want a bill of sail or a copy of your info...but i want to be legal. and this user has possitive feedback on this site...wonder if he has made anyone a felon by sailing him a handgun???
