anyone know how to do idle relearn on 07 Yukon?

I work on hondas, I recently put a throttle body on my dads 07 Yukon 5.3 liter. I don't have a scan tool that can do it but I've heard it can be done manually, anyone know how? Any tips would help, thanks guys!!

try starting it and putting it in drive and let it idle i with the parking break on ,nothing else on.let idle for 3 to 5 min.
