Spline Lock keys. You can find them at almost any auto parts store. Or check ebay probably Cheaper.

Just use a lifetime craftsman or similar socket 12 point that’s just a little too tight and beat it on there with a sledge hammer. Use impact to turn.
Replace with lug nuts.
