As I have stated many times before, multiple EMPs = no electricity = No cameras = no surveillance = FREEDOM!
Multiple EMPs and CMEs could fix a lot of problems unless you are one of those who’s life is dependent on the e-juice. I see electricity as a luxury to enjoy but not a necessity to survive.

Facial recognition is fully implemented by several commercial companies. You'd be amazed / appalled by what can be done. I know the head of security for a huge US corp who's constantly expanding their use of this kind of technology.
