Anyone own a predator 3500 super quite generator from harbor frieght?

It uses their rather common 212cc, 6ish HP engine. Iron block engine, 4-stroke, weighs about 35 pounds and throws about 90dB. They've put a muffler on it and placed inside a sound deadening enclosure for that particular generator which is dropping dB levels to the mid 50's, pretty quiet.

Never used one although the engine is fairly reliable, it's been on the market for a while now and used in all sorts of yard equipment. Also pretty popular with home builders of go karts.

I was at an event yesterday where a vendor set up in an enclosed trailer had one running, lights, t-shirt screen print press, and AC. The generator was extremely quiet when when under a load like when the AC compressor kicked on. Not sure about the reliability or life span but Harbor Freight has, or used to have, an unconditional return policy.

Awesome generator.
