I haven't been to the Cabelas Outpost store in Augusta but their stores in the Midwest have a very good reloading section. You might want to try AA2230 if you can find it. That is my go to powder for .223/5.56 and 6.8SPC. It meters well, is clean, and gives excellent and consistent accuracy.

From what I have read, CFE223 is BLC(2) with an additive .... I too would like to give it a try, but have found it priced out of reach or unavailable.
BTW: My FNAR .308 loves H380 under 147 FR FMJ's
