Anyone take Garden shears with then when hunting or checking cams?

I'm curious does anyone take a small pair of garden shears with them when they go in the woods checking cams or hunting? If so any particular one better for use in that aspect? I would image they would work much better than only a knife or hatchet on keeping your trails trim and branches off you to not leave your scent.

Got a no name brand I scored at a thrift shop, really old but made better than most junk that’s out there today.

Yea alot I see are big and bulky or cheaply made or have no holster

I take a pair of loppers a lot of the time. Long handles and attitude will cut down a 2" tree if needed .

^^^^^This^^^^^I keep a decent sized pair of bypass loppers and a small set of pruning shears with me most of the time.

I have multiple sets, one in the truck, one at hunting camp of which I hope to go to this season at least once...And the last pair in the garage. At camp they are great for splitting the Pelvic bone when dressing out my deer..
