Janey..my stock people are offering from 3.75 to 4.1/2..depending on how long till it matures, I haven’t pulled the trigger on cds, I have moved some around to metals.

Annuity's are running at 6% to 6.5% for a 5 year rate.

Atlantic Coastal life just offered me that.

CD rates hoovering around 4% most any local bank/CU.

I was thinking of paying off my house at 3.75%. I was looking on Capital One's website and saw 5% for 11 months. That is crazy. At this point paying off house doesnt make sense
