After reading the baking soda thread it made me think of taking it with ACV...

Ok, for the record, ACV works very well cleaning rust out of an old motorcycle gas tank!

I've used apple cider vinegar for years. Take it before bed at night and don't have sinus drain at night and local honey for allergies !

Find a mixer they like. My wife uses strawberry lemonade it really doesn't taste that bad but I kinda like ACV anyway.
