69gr. - Win. 748 meters very well.
try H-414, BLC-2
BL(c)-2, Varget, 335, and CFE.
Varget does not meter that well, but works great-223 loads are often compressed.
I am surprised to see H414 on anybodies list for the 223. Hodgdon does not list it for the 223. It's burn rate is too slow. It does work well in everything based on the 308 or 30.06 case. I use it in the 243, 7mm-08, and 30.06.

I have some Tac to try out, my current development efforts are with ar comp. The reviews have really been a mixed bag, people either like it or hate it. It was all I could find at the time so I figure it was batter than no powder.
