Here's a pic of it from GunSmoke Ent. website.

Correct... according to the internet lawyers, you can use an AFG or similar as its considered a hand stop, not a grip.

Cool. Yeah I noticed the AFG you have on your Vltor/DTI. Somewhere between that one and the Seekins/RedX looks to be almost perfect. 7.5", free float w/flip up sights, AFG and/or Magwell, full length buffer/tube assy with full size BCG(the full size BCG is important to be because I want to be able to swap out my 22 LR conversion in the pistol just as in my AR rifle).

Beakers C3 setup looks pretty darn fantastic too. Just needs a low-end holosight and the full lenght buffer/BCG.

Mine is on page 56.

Very nice... that's very similar to the look I want. I'm planning on a 7.5" with at least a 9" rail, maybe 10" to cover the pig. I'd really like to go with an extended mid length Vltor VIS which is 10". I love being able to pull the bottom panel off to access everything easily.

I debated between a 9" and 7" but decided on the 7.6" Troy rail. I have added f&r MBUS and TLR2 since the pic was taken. I'll say it again, it's a blast to shoot!

An AR pistol is never going to be a "pistol" ... like that you would wield with one hand there's just not really any chance of it. Even a 7.5" pistol is pushing it and a barrel that little looks kind of funny with an ar buffer tube sticking out the back ... 10.5" balances it out kind of right.
